Martina Boutté
We are proud to recognize and celebrate our Community Schools Coordinator, Martina Boutté.
Boutté has been part of the Alliance family for more than 13 years, demonstrating a deep and ongoing commitment to our mission and community. In her two years at Middle 12, she has strengthened the connection between the school and the families in impactful and lasting ways.
Reflecting on what community means to her, Boutté shared, “When I hear the word community, I automatically think of family,” she said. “To me, community means people from different cultures, backgrounds, and life experiences coming together to support one another and creating a space where everyone feels seen, valued, and a true sense of belonging.”
Under her leadership and vision, she helped create the Rise of the Mustangs mural, capturing the spirit, culture, and pride of the scholars and families at Middle 12. The mural stands as a lasting symbol of unity and belonging on the campus.
“A moment that truly reminded me why this work matters happened while we were creating the Rise of the Mustangs mural,” Boutté said. “Watching our scholars, families, teachers, staff, and community members come together to celebrate the mural design they created was incredibly powerful.”
Boutté has also organized food bank distributions for families in need and established a community pantry that provides ongoing access to essential resources. Her efforts have strengthened the support systems available to our scholars and families, ensuring that Middle 12 remains a place of care, dignity, and opportunity.
“A lot of my inspiration comes from my mother,” Boutté said. “At a very young age, she taught me the importance of helping others and giving back to your community whenever you can. Being a community schools coordinator allows me to live that value every day.”
Her work also focuses on connecting families with essential services and resources that help scholars succeed. From bringing a mobile eye exam van to campus to coordinating dental services for families, Boutté works to remove barriers so scholars can focus on learning.
Boutté also coaches cheer, where she inspires school spirit, teamwork, and confidence in our scholars. She brings the same passion, energy, and dedication both on and off the field.
“I truly love the work that I do,” Boutté shared. “Every morning I wake up grateful and ready to help in any way that I can.”
Her passion for service is evident in everything she does. Through her years of dedication, compassion, and tireless commitment, Boutté continues to make a lasting difference in the Middle 12 community.
