As an Alliance Teacher Resident, you’ll embark on a transformative journey that paves the way to becoming an exceptional educator. Our innovative program blends a yearlong, hands-on apprenticeship combined with mission-aligned credential coursework. You’ll spend four days a week at an Alliance school, gaining real-world experience working with scholars, while dedicating one full day a week to credential coursework. 

We offer credentials in mathematics, English Language Arts, social science, science, Spanish, and Special Education. Upon successfully completing the program, you’ll earn a Preliminary Credential and be eligible for a full-time teaching position at Alliance.
