Danielle leads the vision and strategy behind the Employee Relations and Engagement teams as the Vice President, Employee Relations and Engagement at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools.
Prior to joining Alliance, she led transformative work as a Human Services Administrator for the Project Management Office of a large public service agency for the County of Los Angeles. Her efforts in the Project Management Office resulted in grant funding to improve services delivered and bolster the department’s capacity to lead and manage large scale projects. During her tenure at the County of Los Angeles, she also oversaw the Leave Management program for a portfolio of public service offices, ensuring state and federal leave compliance, to mitigate departmental risk, impacting over 1k staff.
Danielle’s interest in improving workplaces with a focus on human behavior and equity.
A fun fact about Danielle is that her favorite thing to bake (and eat) is a cream cheese pound cake, which is often devoured by her children before she’s able to cut a slice for herself.
