Bridget Bones is Alliance’s Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Talent team. In this role she works closely with the Chief People Officer and the Talent Vice Presidents to support the team’s long term strategic planning, cross-functional project management, and metric monitoring. Bridget has over ten years of experience working in classrooms, with educators, and in school districts. Prior to working at Alliance Bridget managed a cadre of Los Angeles educators to publish a policy brief addressing the persistent lack of diversity in the teaching force. She began her career as a classroom teacher in the United States and South Korea, and is an alumna of Teach for America and the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs.
