There’s a lot to celebrate when families, neighbors, and community partners come together.

On September 25, Alliance Marine Innovation & Technology 6-12 Complex welcomed families to its first resource fair for an afternoon of food, live music, and a group movement activity that brought everyone together.

Between activities, families connected with local organizations, asked questions, and explored health, wellness, and community services.

Thank you to the families, partners, and allies who made the day so welcoming. As we move further into the semester, we’re grateful for opportunities to exchange resources and strengthen connections across our community.

There`s always a space for scholar voices and the conversations that speak to all of us.

In part two of our four-part Scholar Bill of Rights series, Audrey Landeros and Daisy Solis join the conversation at Alliance Collings Family High School, following Matthew Ortega.

Hearing from scholars keeps their experiences at the heart of this campaign and reminds us that feeling heard, respected, and supported starts with listening.

Watch Audrey and Daisy’s segment, then join us for our final installment featuring an educator’s perspective.

🎒 Looking for a middle school where your child can feel supported, challenged, and ready for what comes next?

Alliance has 9 tuition-free public middle schools serving families across Los Angeles — including South LA and Watts, East LA, Downtown LA, Huntington Park, and Sun Valley.

At Alliance, middle school is about more than preparing for the next grade. Scholars build strong academic foundations, confidence, and the skills they need to succeed in high school, college, and beyond — all within a caring school community where families are welcomed and supported.

Open Enrollment is September 25–December 4. Applying during Open Enrollment gives your child the best opportunity to secure a seat at an Alliance school for the upcoming school year.

Public. Tuition-free. Open to all.

📍 Find your Alliance middle school using the link in our bio and apply during Open Enrollment.
