Alliance Gertz-Ressler High School, a public charter high school, is a diverse, committed community that provides a rigorous, personalized, standards-based curriculum in a supportive environment that prepares all scholars for entrance into and success in a four-year college or university.
We are conveniently located on the same campus as Alliance Richard Merkin Middle School, which offers our scholars the opportunity to begin their college-ready education in middle school and culminate at high school graduation – all on one campus!

Principal Profile

Gwen Braude first joined Alliance Gertz-Ressler High School as an assistant principal and has been serving this school community ever since.

Prior to joining Alliance, Ms. Braude was an assistant principal at Central City Value High School where she also served as a teacher and new teacher coach. Previously she was a teacher at Washington Middle School.
