In celebration of our network’s 20th anniversary, we welcome you to the inaugural edition of the Alliance College-Ready Public Schools Monthly Digest! As a product of east LA, former teacher and academic dean, graduate of UC Berkeley and the Bank Street College of Education, and former Deputy Chief for the Oakland Unified School District, I’m so proud to serve as CEO of Alliance.

Our vision, encapsulated in the Alliance Graduate Profile, is to build and foster academic environments filled with resilient learners, wellness seekers, and community advocates.
