Jobs
The Alliance is committed to hiring the most dedicated, qualified, and talented faculty and staff to serve our students. We strive to find individuals who understand the vision of the Alliance and express a sincere interest in helping our schools achieve our important goal of preparing all students for college. We seek teachers who are able to create and maintain a nurturing and engaging learning environment for all students as part of the core values that drive our educational model.

All teachers are required to meet state credentialing requirements and federal guidelines set by the 2006 No Child Left Behind Act. Professional development is highly valued at Alliance schools, which is why our teachers participate in weekly school-based workshops that focus on curriculum and instruction as well as tuition reimbursement for newly credentialed teachers to clear their credential. Since we have high expectations for our teachers, we are committed to ensuring that they work in a collaborative, safe and supportive environment that helps them focus on instruction.

At Alliance schools, employees are valued for their individual strengths and contributions towards achieving the organization’s mission. Every employee plays a significant role in ensuring that as a team we are continuously working towards improving student achievement. The Alliance prides itself in offering its employees a competitive salary and benefits package as well as room for professional growth.

Equal Employment Opportunity

The Alliance maintains a strong policy of equal employment opportunity. The Alliance seeks to achieve equal opportunity for all employees as articulated by federal, state, and local laws. The Alliance actively seeks to recruit individuals without regard to race, creed, color, disability, marital status, veteran status, national origin, age, or physical handicap. Our equal employment opportunity philosophy applies to all aspects of employment, including recruitment, training, promotion, transfer, job benefits, pay, and dismissal.
